If you have just hit level 70 and your D4 items pool looks thin, there is a decent way to fix that without spinning your wheels in random content. A lot of players are finding that a War Plan Nightmare Dungeon can be the better call, as long as it shows the Dark Omen affix. That one detail matters more than most people realise, because the dungeon has to come from the War Plans board, not from your own Sigil stash. Why this route saves time The basic idea is simple enough. You keep checking War Plans until a Nightmare Dungeon with Dark Omen shows up, then you run it for the boss ambush and take the guaranteed legendary that drops at Torment 1 or higher.
